On May 6th, 2021, Sperber Landscape Companies’ commitment to safe work practices was recently acknowledged by Cal/OSHA on the Mountain View Country Club project with the Golden Gate Award. The Conserve Landcare team was awarded this impressive achievement by Juan Tojin, OSHA Associate Safety Engineer.
The award was presented to the Conserve Landcare Safety Leader, Cesar Gutierrez, and the rest of the Conserve Landcare team members on the Mountain View Country Club project. OSHA recognized Conserve for implementing and maintaining an effective Injury and Illness Prevention Program and for having no injuries or illnesses on the job.
This award has been developed by the Division of Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) to provide motivation and support to high-hazard companies working proactively with the Cal/OSHA Consultation Service to uphold high standards of workplace safety.
